How do I get started?

The training materials are being made available to Irish arts organisations at a nominal cost of €20 per module or €95 if all seven are bought together. If training of this calibre and scope were to be accessed commercially it would cost many multiples of this amount. The cost has been introduced and set so that the costs of administering, hosting and maintaining the site can be met and to keep the materials current.

We take payment using the secure PayPal payment service. You can pay using youre credit card, and you do not require a PayPal account.

To gain access to the training, you will first need to apply and provide details for us to check your eligibility.

You will then be provided with a username and password that will enable you to then purchase the training materials you require.

What if I’m a complete beginner?

If you’re new to online marketing, then these materials will provide you with the guidance and support you need to start using Internet marketing successfully.

The training

Your course tutor is Susan Hallam, an internet marketing consultant and trainer with a track record of delivering high quality training to a range of arts organsiations in Ireland.

She will provide you with practical, proven and highly effective techniques for improving your marketing on the Internet.

This training provides you with a unique opportunity to learn at your own pace, and to interact with other Irish arts marketing people.  The training materials include:

  • updated online resources

The training video also includes interviews and case studies from arts organisations including:

You will be able to access training in the area of digital marketing in a way which suits your own needs and at your own pace. The training is modular, allowing organisations to avail of all the modules, or only some depending on their expertise and level of knowledge.

This training is available as video, workbooks, online resources, and an online Facebook community.

These materials have been designed and produced for use by bona fide arts organisations in Ireland. In order to access the material, you will need to register here with us and provide some detail of who you are, and/or what your organisation does. We want as many organisations as possible to access the materials. Please note that Arts Audiences reserves access rights to the materials.

If an organisation has accessed the materials, all members of staff in that organisation are entitled to use them without further charge.

Once you have filled out this form, we will get back to you by email with a password which will allow you to log on and download the materials.The training programme was devised by Arts Audiences, an initiative of The Arts Council and Temple Bar Cultural Trust.
