The project team is comprised of Director Una Carmody, audience advisors James Kelly and Tony O Dálaigh, and Project Administrator Karen Lee Walpole.

An advisory group leads the project on behalf of the partners, the membership of which is comprised of John Crumlish (Arts Council member, Director of Galway Arts Festival); Stephanie O’Callaghan (Arts Director, Arts Council); Dermot McLaughlin (CEO of Temple Bar Cultural Trust).
